Is Borussia Dortmund Ready to offer club-record contract to persuade Erling Braut Haaland to stay?

According to news Borussia Dortmund is preparing a club-record financial package to try to keep persuade Erling Braut Haaland to stay with the club for the next summer window.

21 years old young footballer has amazing record and now, top teams of football are ready to sign him for next summer. Top teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester United and Bayern Munich are interested in him.

Currently, Erling Braut Haaland is working with Borussia Dortmund and he is consider as the backbone of the club for the summer window. As main teams of football want Haaland’s to work them that’s why it is in the news that now, Borussia Dortmund is trying to persuade him for next summer.

Dortmund will face an uphill battle to keep their star striker (Haaland) when their £ 64millions buyout clause kicks in in the summer window.

However in the Bild news is that BVB is looking to come up with a club-record contract offer to convince Haaland to stay at Signal Iduna Park and work for Borussia Dortmund.

The report futher adds that Dortmund is willing to double the Norwegian’s salary to around UK Pounds 260,000 per week, while a bonus of up to £ 6.7 millions provided by Dortmund’s backers which is Puma will also be included in its financial package.

Talks between Dortmund representatives and Haaland’s agent, who is Mino Raiola, and the forward’s father, former Manchester City midfielder Alf-Inge Haaland, will begin in the New Year 2022, and the final decision on his future will be decided at the end of February of the new year.

All teams want this striker of Dortmund, because he has been outstanding performance. In the last season he has scored 19 goals in just 16 appearances for BVB in all competitions.
